Former Vice-President Cheney (nice thought) supposedly hurt his back and required a wheelchair, but isnt this a convenient excuse for him to not have to rise for things like the national anthem and Obama's historic swearing in?

A nice F.U. to the new administration, and he didn't have to be walking through the tunnels to be announced (and like Bush, subsequently "booed").
